Muscles Targeted

During our initial consultation we will discuss the sports you do and the muscle areas you would like to target. We will then design a custom sports massage for you targeting your specific needs.

Pre Event Massage

Short session – at event usually.
Warm up muscles to get them ready for action. Fast strokes to stimulate muscles. Tapotement to stimulate muscles, friction massage to warm up superficial tissue.

Massage can also help to calm the client and improve performance.

Post Event Massage

Slower, deep pressure if needed. Helping the muscles to recover. Flushing out lactic acid which can build up causing achy muscles


We will use a range of techniques in this session depending on what you need at the time of treatment. Deep tissue massage, Joint mobilisation, Myofascial release, Muscle energy technique (MET) Neuromuscular technique (NMT) which is similar to Trigger point therapy. (STR) Soft tissue release.


Pre and post event exercises to warm up and cool down.
Exercises specifically to help you improve your performance.

After Care, Exercises & Ongoing Treatment

If you need any ongoing treatment we can arrange a package of sessions that are tailored to suit you. These packages are very reasonably priced to allow people to book regular treatments who otherwise may not be able to. 

If you have any long standing issues such as chronic muscle tension, or postural imbalances we can recommend stretches and exercises. We use Physiotec which is software to help with managing client exercise programs. We are also in touch with, and can recommend other health care professionals in the area who may be able to help you. Please do ask if you need help with any recommendations.


Products we use

We use a range of high quality sports massage wax’s from Songbird Naturals and specialist Silvan oils which sink into the skin to allow appropriate grip on muscle tissue. All the products we use are made by small, independent businesses that use ethically sourced ingredients. We have options for people who have sensitive skin or allergies.

Our Covid-19 Guidelines

We are taking extra precautions due to Covid-19. We will ask you some screening questions once you have booked your appointment in order to determine that you are able to have a massage. In addition we ask that you please follow the guidelines below. This is for your own safety as well as ours.


Please Arrive On time.

It’s best not to arrive early or late for your appointment. We will come out to meet you and let you in to the clinic at the time you are booked in. 

bring A towel.

If possible we ask that you bring your own towels to the appointment. 

You will need to wear a face covering

We do ask all of our clients wear a face covering before and after treatment, there will be a few exceptions to this rule. We ask that you provide your own mask so please make sure you have one available. We will wear appropriate PPE inline with government regulations.


All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands with our anti bacterial gel on arrival.


All clients will be asked to to wash their hands before treatment.


We will also be checking peoples temperatures before starting the appointment.


If you or anyone in your household are feeling unwell we ask that you do not book an appointment. Anyone who turns up at an appointment and is displaying symptoms of coronavirus may be turned away without notice.


We are carrying out extra cleaning of surfaces, door handles etc.

Procedures may differ slightly depending on which clinic you are visiting.
