Holistic treatment does not necessarily mean it will be light pressure. You can request whatever level of pressure you think that you need.

We may ask you if the pressure is ok which is a good time to ask for an adjustment if needed.

A range of techniques depending on what you need at the time of treatment.  In a Holistic session there may be times where advanced techniques are necessary. If so we will ask if you are happy with this in the consultation.

What are the benefits?

Calming the nervous system.
Allowing the body to relax and let go of tension.
Helping to slow the breath to oxygenate the body allowing you to be more mindful, improving mental health and general wellbeing.
Breaking down tight areas of muscle tension which adds to the feeling of relaxation.

After Care, Exercises & Ongoing Treatment

If you need any ongoing treatment we can arrange a package of sessions that are tailored to suit you. These packages are very reasonably priced to allow people to book regular treatments who otherwise may not be able to.

We can also help with arranging and recommending other holistic therapies such as reiki, meditation & yoga classes as well as developing wellbeing strategies for positive habits to help improve mental health, reduce stress and anxiety.

Products we use

We use a range of high quality sports massage wax’s from Songbird Naturals and specialist Silvan oils which sink into the skin to allow appropriate grip on muscle tissue. All the products we use are made by small, independent businesses that use ethically sourced ingredients. We have options for people who have sensitive skin or allergies.
